Part A: Compare the video below and the info-graph (especially "active processing")
Part B: Break out of your comfort zone, if you're not artistic, and Create a visual reflection (quality of art is not the point, and you can certainly write words too--it's just not the focus). In other words, take some time to reflect on everything you have learned thus far. Rather than only writing words, create some visual depictions of your thoughts and conversations. Spend at least 10-15 minutes reflecting individually, then share your reflection. The time may seem too long, but that is on purpose. Force yourself to take the whole time. Think of it like a form of meditation. You may feel like you run out of ideas after 3 minutes. Just stick with it. Trust me and let your thoughts run around these concepts connecting them to other concepts you may know more about such as meditation, mindfulness, etc.
